At Sól Eira Candles, we strive to ensure your handmade candles arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

2. Processing Time

Since all our candles are handmade to order, please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we craft each candle with care.

3. Shipping Time and Carriers

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days after dispatch.
  • United States: Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days after dispatch.

We ship via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, and other regional couriers. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please Note: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost or Delayed: If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the shipment. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" but reported as stolen. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.
